Your Lets Plus – Promotion for Existing Owners

Short Terms

Existing owners who join the Your Lets Plus Scheme before 31 March 2026 will receive a £50 credit to their membership card account. This includes owners that are currently on the Your Lets Scheme and decide to switch to the Your Lets Plus Scheme. Credit is available to spend on food, drink and activities; exclusions apply. Credit must be used before 30 November 2026. 

Full Terms

1. This offer is available to existing owners who join the Your Lets Plus Scheme before 31 March 2026 (the Offer Period). This includes owners that are currently on the Your Lets Scheme and decide to switch to the Your Lets Plus Scheme.

2. All existing owners who, during the Offer Period, join the Your Lets Plus Scheme in accordance with these terms will receive a £50 credit to their membership card account (the Credit). The Credit will be applied on or before 17 April 2026.

3. The Credit can only be used to purchase food and drink from the main complex and/or showbar on park, and to pay for activities. Please note, anyone with access to the membership account, including other membership card holders, will be able to use the Credit.

4. The Credit must be used by 30 November 2026. The Credit may not be withdrawn from the membership card account.

5. If the owner leaves the Your Lets Plus Scheme for any reason on or before 17 April 2026, the owner will lose the benefit of the Credit. The owner will not be entitled to any payment or reimbursement in respect of the lost Credit.

6. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. The owner is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on joining the Your Lets Plus Scheme.

8. Parkdean Resorts reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9. This offer is governed by English law and owners agree that the English courts will have the exclusive ability to deal with any disputes.

This includes existing owners that part exchange their holiday home. Credit is available to spend on food, drink and activities; exclusions apply. Credit must be used before 30 November 2026.

1. Any customer who purchases a new or used holiday home and subsequently joins the Your Lets Plus Scheme before 30 June 2026 will receive a £50 credit to their membership card account (the Credit). This includes existing owners that part exchange their holiday home.

2. The Credit will be applied within 60 days after joining the Your Lets Plus Scheme.

3. The Credit can only be used to purchase food and drink from the main complex and/or showbar on park, and to pay for activities. Please note, anyone with access to the membership account, including other membership card holders, will be able to use the Credit.
