**From 15 February 2024 “Participating Parks” is extended to include all Parkdean Resorts holiday parks. All other terms remain the same.**

 This offer is only available to customers who are named on a holiday booking made directly with Parkdean Resorts. The holiday can take place at any Parkdean Resorts holiday park between 09 February 2024 and 31 December 2024 (“Eligible Bookings”).

Customers who provide evidence of an Eligible Booking, attend a sales appointment with Parkdean Resorts and place a deposit on a holiday home within 60 days of the end of their Eligible Booking are eligible to participate in this offer (“Eligible Customers”). This offer only applies to purchases on participating parks, at which Eligible Customers will receive £1,000 off the purchase price of a holiday home. Participating Parks include all Parkdean Resorts holiday parks except Fallbarrow, White Cross Bay, Limefitt and Gatebeck.

Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified holiday season and the terms of their pitch licence agreement. Parkdean Resorts’ holiday parks are not residential parks and holiday homes cannot be occupied as a permanent residence.
