All caravans and lodges shown on the search results were in stock at the time of publish. All prices, photos and details are accurate to the best knowledge of the content manager, however human error can result in inaccuracies. Should you have a keen interest in a specific holiday home, please call the park to check that it is still available before setting off for your visit. Conditions relating to finance examples and the Finance Calculator online
For holiday homes registered in 2006 or more recently. Finance is available to individuals aged 18 or over and subject to meeting criteria. Credit is subject to terms and conditions. Finance is provided by a limited panel of lenders who are independent of Park Resorts Limited (t/a ‘Parkdean Resorts’ or ‘Park Resorts’). Parkdean Resorts acts as a broker and receives a commission from the lenders. The lenders may not provide the most competitive credit and you may find a more favourable rate. There are other costs associated to owning a Holiday Home which have not been included in the above example. Holiday Home shown is for illustration purposes only.
This Calculator is designed to help new customers understand what to expect in respect of monthly repayments and although we do our best to make sure that the Holiday Home details you see on this website are accurate, please do not take this information or price to be guaranteed and you should speak to the Holiday Home Ownership Team about specific details.

Ownership experience day appointments
As a potential new owner, we invite you to arrange a visit to come and meet our holiday home experts, and experience the ownership lifestyle first hand. As our guest, you and your family will receive FREE family day passes to enjoy the facilities and entertainment on the day of your appointment. Please note that facilities and entertainment are closed at most parks from the beginning of November, and reopen in March.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions
The 30 day money back guarantee is available to all new customers who purchase a new or used holiday home. The guarantee is not available to existing customers or customers who wish to part exchange their holiday home.
Please note that the 30 day money back guarantee will come into effect on 1st July 2016 and applies to holiday homes purchased on or after that date.
How to claim your 30 day money back guarantee
A customer’s cancellation request must be received by the General Manager within 30 days from the date of the handover of the holiday home. The date of handover is that stated on the customer’s handover form.
The request must be made with the use of the 30 day money back guarantee form enclosed within the welcome folder provided to the customer at the time of purchasing the holiday home. Further copies of the form may be obtained from the sales office on the holiday park.
The form must be hand delivered to the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located. The date of cancellation will be the date the form is received by the General Manager.
Where the form is posted this must be addressed for the attention of the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located and must be posted via the Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed postal service. Proof of postage must be obtained and retained by the customer. For postal requests the cancellation date shall be the first working day following the date of posting. Any postal requests must be received within the 30 day period.
Any 30 day money back guarantee forms that are submitted to the General Manager via any other method (e.g. email or fax) will not be accepted.
On receipt of a customer’s completed form within the 30 day period an acceptance letter confirming the cancellation shall be issued to the customer.
What happens next
The holiday home must be handed back to us on the day of acceptance. The day of acceptance is the day the customer’s acceptance letter is issued. The keys must be returned to the General Manager on the same day. The holiday home must be handed back in the same condition as when it was purchased. All items, extras or incentives provided at the time of purchase must remain within the holiday home.
Within 21 days of acceptance we shall refund to the customer the purchase cost of the holiday home by cheque less £500 which represents a contribution to the costs we have incurred including but not limited to siting and connections, pitch fees and use of the holiday park facilities.
We reserve the right to deduct further sums from the purchase cost of the holiday home where damage or breakages have been caused to the holiday home beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement with a provider introduced by us and the customer has complied with the 30 day money back guarantee terms and conditions the finance agreement will be cancelled at no cost to the customer.
Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement through a third party finance provider not introduced by us the customer is solely responsible for any arrangements with the finance provider and/or any cancellation. We do not accept any liability for any cost or losses incurred by the customer in these circumstances.
Any 30 day money back guarantee form received by the General Manager after the 30 day period will not be accepted. We accept no liability for any losses incurred by the customer where the General Manager does not receive the completed form, for whatever reason, within the 30 day period.
The terms of the 30 day money back guarantee do not affect a customer’s statutory rights.

4 month payment holiday
- A 4 (four) month payment holiday is available for customers who complete the part exchange of their current holiday home for a new or used holiday home and, as part of the purchase, enter into selected finance agreement with Propensio Finance Limited between 09 September 2024 until 31 October 2024 inclusive.
- The first payment under the selected finance agreement will be deferred by four (4) calendar months. The precise payment dates will be included within the credit agreement.
- Customers must have been referred to Propensio Finance Limited by Parkdean Resorts. Obtaining finance with Propensio Finance Limited is subject to status, as well as their terms and deposit criteria. Minimum age restrictions may be in place. Further information is available on request.

- Customers who provide evidence of an Eligible Booking, attend a sales appointment, and place a deposit on a holiday home at either Fallbarrow, White Cross Bay or Limefitt within 60 days of their holiday will receive either £1,000 off the purchase price of their holiday home or the full cost of the Eligible Booking (whichever is higher).

Owner Referral Scheme - 2024

A credit of £1,000 (“the Referral Credit”) will be made to the account of an existing Parkdean Resorts’ holiday home owner (“Existing Owner”) for all New Customer referrals made in accordance with these terms and conditions. A “New Customer” is someone who has never owned a holiday home at a Parkdean Resorts holiday park and who retains their holiday home for more than 30 days following completion of the purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Self-referrals are excluded from this promotion. Referral introductions made by an Existing Owner must be received by 31st December 2024.
