All caravans and lodges shown on the search results were in stock at the time of publish. All prices, photos and details are accurate to the best knowledge of the content manager, however human error can result in inaccuracies. Should you have a keen interest in a specific holiday home, please call the park to check that it is still available before setting off for your visit. Starting prices:

Where a 'Caravans from £5,995*' price is shown, this relates to caravans available for sale at the time of publish. Caravans are available from £5,995 at Ashcroft Coast and Shurland Dale, subject to availability. More caravans are available from £8,995 at Sandylands, Southview, California Cliffs, Highfield Grange, Ashcroft Coast and Shurland Dale, subject to availability. As with all prices online, these are correct and available to buy at the time of publish.
When new models are advertised from £24,995, the example given relates to a 2017 model available at Gatebeck at the time of publish. Other new models are available at Withernsea Sands, Weeley Bridge, Church Point, Cherry Tree, Highfield Grange and Heacham Beach from between £29,000 and £32,995.
When lodges are advertised from £79,995, this relates to a Willerby Clearwater lodge available at Highfield Grange at the time of publish. Lodges are available at other parks upwards of £80,000.

For holiday homes registered in 2006 or more recently. Finance is available to individuals aged 18 or over and subject to meeting criteria. Credit is subject to terms and conditions. Finance is provided by a limited panel of lenders who are independent of Park Resorts Limited (t/a ‘Parkdean Resorts’ or ‘Park Resorts’). Parkdean Resorts acts as a broker and receives a commission from the lenders. The lenders may not provide the most competitive credit and you may find a more favourable rate. There are other costs associated to owning a Holiday Home which have not been included in the above example. Holiday Home shown is for illustration purposes only.

£99 Deposit

  1. This offer is available to customers who already own a holiday home at any Parkdean Resorts holiday park and have positive equity in their holiday home (agreed part exchange allowance less any outstanding finance balance) or who own this outright.
  1. Where a customer agrees to part exchange their existing holiday home for a new or used one the minimum required cash deposit is reduced from £1000 to £99.
  1. The cash deposit is refundable.
  1. The offer is subject to the combination of the cash deposit plus the part exchange allowance plus any agreed Income Promise Scheme and/or Easylet income less any outstanding finance balance being a minimum of 10% of the total sales price.

    Southerness Survey

    1. The Promoter of the prize draw is Parkdean Resorts UK Limited (Parkdean Resorts), whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET.

    2. This offer is only available to owners who currently have a holiday home on a Southerness pitch location and have successfully completed the participating survey.

    3. On completion of the participating survey you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

    4. Only one entry per holiday home is permitted.

    5. The prize draw may be entered from 25th September 2017 until 30th November 2017.

    6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind or if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the survey, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for incomplete surveys and incomplete surveys will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are not completed or received by the closing date for whatever reason.

    7. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 1st December 2017.

    8. The winner will receive £1,000 credit to their owners account. This can be used in any way on the account, including payment for any ancillary charges, however it cannot be withdrawn in cash.

    9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details we hold on file) by 1st December by a member of our Sales Team, who will arrange the credit to the owner’s account.

    Reduced pitch fees for 3 years:

    The offer is available to customers who purchase a holiday home at a selected Parkdean Resorts holiday park and who do not currently own a holiday home at a Parkdean Resorts Holiday Park.

    The offer does not include “all in” sales, where ancillary payments are included in the price, for example starter caravans.

    If a customer agrees to buy a selected unit they will receive reduced pitch fees for 2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons. The normal rate pitch fees will be payable from the 2020 season and thereafter. The reduction varies between holiday parks and further information is available from the sales office on the holiday park.

    The Early Payment Discount and Loyalty Discount may apply if the purchaser meets the requirements. Further details on these discounts can be provided on request.

    The savings are calculated based on a comparison against the standard 2017 full price pitch fees and the projected full price pitch fees for 2018 and 2019. The quoted starting price for the pitch fees for 2017 is the full price pitch fee less the promotional discount and payment in full discount.
    All prices quoted include VAT. Pitch fees vary between the holiday parks and the pitches. All prices quoted include VAT.

    There are selected pitches available at the following holiday parks: Highfield Grange, Martello Beach, Naze Marine, Valley Farm, Waterside, Ashcroft Coast, Shurland Dale, St Margaret’s Bay, Weeley Bridge and Brynowen.

    30 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

    The 30 day money back guarantee is available to all new customers who purchase a new or used holiday home. The guarantee is not available to existing customers or customers who wish to part exchange their holiday home.

    Please note that the 30 day money back guarantee will come into effect on 1st July 2016 and applies to holiday homes purchased on or after that date. 

    How to claim your 30 day money back guarantee

    A customer’s cancellation request must be received by the General Manager within 30 days from the date of the handover of the holiday home. The date of handover is that stated on the customer’s handover form.

    The request must be made with the use of the 30 day money back guarantee form enclosed within the welcome folder provided to the customer at the time of purchasing the holiday home. Further copies of the form may be obtained from the sales office on the holiday park.

    The form must be hand delivered to the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located. The date of cancellation will be the date the form is received by the General Manager.

    Where the form is posted this must be addressed for the attention of the General Manager of the park where the holiday home is located and must be posted via the Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed postal service. Proof of postage must be obtained and retained by the customer.  For postal requests the cancellation date shall be the first working day following the date of posting. Any postal requests must be received within the 30 day period. 

    Any 30 day money back guarantee forms that are submitted to the General Manager via any other method (e.g. email or fax) will not be accepted. 

    On receipt of a customer’s completed form within the 30 day period an acceptance letter confirming the cancellation shall be issued to the customer.

    What happens next

    The holiday home must be handed back to us on the day of acceptance. The day of acceptance is the day the customer’s acceptance letter is issued. The keys must be returned to the General Manager on the same day. The holiday home must be handed back in the same condition as when it was purchased. All items, extras or incentives provided at the time of purchase must remain within the holiday home.

    Within 21 days of acceptance we shall refund to the customer the purchase cost of the holiday home by cheque less £500 which represents a contribution to the costs we have incurred including but not limited to siting and connections, pitch fees and use of the holiday park facilities.

    We reserve the right to deduct further sums from the purchase cost of the holiday home where damage or breakages have been caused to the holiday home beyond reasonable wear and tear.

    Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement with a provider introduced by us and the customer has complied with the 30 day money back guarantee terms and conditions the finance agreement will be cancelled at no cost to the customer.

    Where a customer has taken out a finance agreement through a third party finance provider not introduced by us the customer is solely responsible for any arrangements with the finance provider and/or any cancellation. We do not accept any liability for any cost or losses incurred by the customer in these circumstances.

    Any 30 day money back guarantee form received by the General Manager after the 30 day period will not be accepted. We accept no liability for any losses incurred by the customer where the General Manager does not receive the completed form, for whatever reason, within the 30 day period.

    The terms of the 30 day money back guarantee do not affect a customer’s statutory rights.  



     

    Holidaymaker offer 2017

    1. This offer is only available to new customers only who do not currently own a holiday home on any Parkdean Resorts holiday park. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 
    2. You will receive either £1,000 (or £1,500 at selected parks detailed below) off the advertised price of the holiday home at any Parkdean Resorts holiday park, or the purchase price of your holiday, whichever is greater.
