Terms & Conditions

New customers who purchase selected holiday homes between 7 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 (inclusive) will receive free pitch fees for the 2027 season. Full terms and conditions here.

Parkdean Resorts will contribute £3,000 towards the deposit that is payable by the owner for their new holiday home. Available to new customers who purchase a selected new caravan at a Parkdean Resorts Park, between 29 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 inclusive and, as part of the purchase, enter into a selected finance agreement with selected lenders. Lodges are excluded.
