Free Pitch Fees until 2025
Eligible New Customers will receive free pitch fees until the end of 2024 when they complete the purchase of Selected Models of holiday homes at selected parks during the Offer Period. Existing Eligible Customers who part exchange their current holiday home for a Selected Model during the Offer Period will receive free pitch fees from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024.
Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified holiday season and the terms of their pitch license agreement. Parkdean Resorts holiday parks are not residential parks and holiday homes cannot be occupied as a permanent residence. Facilities and entertainment will be available from time to time at the discretion of Parkdean Resorts and are usually indicated in the current Parkdean Resorts holiday brochure. Selected Parks include all Parkdean Resorts Holiday Parks, excluding White Cross Bay, Fallbarrow and Limefitt.
