- Your pre arrival pack has all the information you need to enjoy a perfect holiday with us
- You should have received your welcome pack via the email address you used to make your booking
- If you haven't received your welcome pack, you can login to the 'Manage My Booking' portal where you will find the full details and you can also access your digital welcome pack
- If you are on holiday, your first port of call will be on park reception. They can deal with any queries you may have quicker than our contact center

- Out of hours: If you need to speak to someone when reception is closed, please call the out of hours / security number found in your welcome pack
