We had a lovely holiday and booked for next year whilst there. Our only constructive criticism is the timings allowed for free swimming. Now that lower Hyde, the camping site and Landguard have been combined the pools are too small. Plus lots of people would like to swim early evening after a day out which we used to do when the site was privately owned.

Facilities - it had everything you needed on site, however, didn't enjoy the clubhouse being in same building as restaurant - couldn't have a nice quiet meal. Also, the arcade rooms were SO hot. The pools were nice though.

Location - Perfect place to stay for local attractions.

Helpfulness of staff - We didn't require any help, however, felt if we needed it, it would have been there. My only concern would be the security; not once was we asked for our guest passes and the security guards just seemed to sit and play on their mobiles as opposed to supervise the resort. They were good when my Niece got poorly though - thank you
