The caravan was very clean and in very good condition. Heating worked in all rooms and bed sheets clean. I thought it was very strange that there is no pathway that leads up to the caravan door which means to have to walk across muddy grass to get to your door. Swimming pool was warn and the changing rooms where clean. It's a small site but it's a good base for your adventures on IOW

Hi Tracey,

Thank you for your review.

Unfortunately it is not always an option to move your accommodation, we are often at capacity, during peak season it can be more difficult to accommodate your group elsewhere. We completely understand providing a high standard of cleanliness is crucial in allowing for a comfortable stay, we are sorry your holiday was impacted by this. Experiencing faults in regards to your accommodation is a rare occurrence, and of course we are sorry it was you that had to experience this.

We would like the opportunity to welcome you back and restore your faith in us.
