- We have been to white cross bay several times now, love the location, piece full area, friendly staff and so close to Windermere

- As a Family had a great holiday,just a shame we didn't get sunny weather as Tuesday was a rainy day.We enjoyed use of the swimming pool on Wednesday. We did visit the club house a few times during our stay.As a Family we will be coming back again.

- We had a great time in our static caravan, it was clean and ready for us on arrival. The only thing that could be improved is the provision of a full, new toilet roll in each bathroom, not just in one bathroom.
We had prepaid for a highchair and cot in our accommodation and they werent there on arrival. By the time I realised the reception was shut and the night warden was unavailable so we had to manage overnight without a cot for our baby. We received the items at 9am on our second morning.

- We have just come back from a brilliant week stay. When we checked in, we were given the keys to the lodge that we booked and it had a funny smell and some stains on the carpet and mould in the bathroom. Reception quickly dealt with the problem and moved us to another lodge which was beautiful. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really nice too. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back .
