What is the difference between the accommodation ranges?

Our accommodation is categorised by size, number of bedrooms, the quality of fixtures and fittings and additional features. You can view a detailed breakdown in our comparison table.

If I book more than one accommodation in the same category, will they look exactly the same?

While all accommodations in a category share similar features as listed in the comparison table, the appearance, layout, and views may vary depending on the park and location.

Are the images shown exactly what I will be staying in?

No, all imagery is for illustrative purposes only. It is intended to give you a clear idea of the accommodation style, but exact interiors and exteriors can vary by park.

Are there additional benefits when booking lodges or premium caravans?

Yes. Premium caravans and Prestige Lodges include higher-end fixtures and fittings. Lodges also offer more spacious layouts and include towels as standard.

Can I stay in newer accommodation?

Accommodation isn't grouped by age. However, all units are maintained to a high standard. If you’d like to stay in a specific accommodation, we’d be happy to help you secure it for a small fee. Please contact our team via your Manage My Booking dashboard or from our website's contact us page.

Why have the accommodation ranges changed?

We’ve updated the ranges based on guest feedback to make choosing accommodation easier. You can now book based on your priorities — size, price, number of bedrooms, quality — along with optional features like hot tubs, lake views, or dedicated parking.

How can I find a specific type of accommodation?

Use our new categories to filter what matters most to you. If you'd like to stay in a particular location or unit, our team can help for a small additional charge. Please contact the team via your Manage My Booking dashboard or from our website's contact us page.

How can I book the same accommodation I stayed in previously?

If you know the location, our team can help you secure it. If not, don’t worry they can access your previous booking to find it. Please note, there is a small charge for fixing your location. Our team can be reached via your Manage My Booking dashboard or from our website's contact us page.

Why do the images look different when I log into Manage My Booking?

Images have been updated to reflect our new accommodation naming system. All pictures are representative, and variations will exist by park. Any features you've booked - such as decking or location - remain unchanged.
