- Caravan was absolutely ditched it hadn’t even been cleaned when we arrived we then had to stay in it until Monday when we actually got moved because it was so bad. There was a metal piece on the floor which my 9 month old daughter almost put in her mouth and swallowed it! The food wasn’t great sometimes we couldn’t have what we wanted as they had run out of it or forgot to order enough which wasn’t acceptable and the toilets were filthy aswell at one point there were nappies all over the floor. Overall for the money we paid we didn’t feel like it was value for money and would not be returning again.

- I was dreading this holiday after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! If you are elderly, infirm or without a car then this site wont be for you but we upgraded at last minute to a small but ok caravan for our base and we travelled to torquay, paignton and brixham which were all beautiful but more for couples and the older generation, not for mischievous toddlers who have a fascination with water and boats. The site itself was clean and staff were very polite and friendly, pool area was immaculate but lockers and changing room doors not working, evening kids entertainment was very poor so only went once, we had great weather so would reccomend this site for those who want a total chill out or for those who use it as a base to travel around......it's not toddler friendly.

- Book in office totally unprepared for their busy times, waited on sofa for 2 hours to have an upgrade, then had to get in queue to get our keys which was out the door & down a footpath. never experienced anything like it before & i have been to many parks in Torquay & Paignton.
