Accommodation was lovely, evening entertainment was great (only downside was we weren’t pre-warned everything stopped at 5pm on Sunday for end of season) staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great weekend.
Facilities were lovely, pool building was a bit chilly and the pool police were a bit much -appreciate they have a job to do but blowing a whistle at us when it was just us in the pool was a bit much! (Whistle was blown when my friend took her youngest in big pool)

Entertainment staff were amazing! The facilities were fab and reception staff very friendly and helpful. The only issues we had is that the evening bar staff, one in particular, were rude and moody most nights. Also there were no fruit shoots/ kids drinks all week and quite a lot of food items out of stock

The entertainment staff were very good. Tamworth, Jordii, and Daz worked hard to entertain. The chalet could have been cleaner and a few repairs to things such as cabinet drawers would have been good. All in all it had everything we needed and was comfortable so not too bad. Didnt use pool so cant comment. Drinks are pub prices where maybe you expect club prices but if you are used to pub prices then okay.

Had a lovely holiday. Eastbourne caravan was very modern although heating was on a timer and in November it would be useful for people to have it on whenever they like. Holiday park itself was a little dated and swimming pool could do with a facelift but we had fun and kids really enjoyed themselves. Beach is gorgeous and just across the road. Will definitely go back xx

Just a couple of people so didnt use a lot of the many facilties but we thought excellent. Dogs we found to be a little of a nuisance (not all naturally) with barking. We enjoyed our stay on the site very much.
