Fun for everyone

Discover a quieter pace of life amidst beautiful landscaped grounds at St. Margaret’s Bay Holiday Park. Located on Kent’s south coast and close to Dover’s famous white cliffs, this park has an enviable position, with plenty to do both on and off the park.

There’s lots to keep the kids happy on the park with a play park, swimming pool and a 5-acre field that’s perfect for games or dog walking.

Adults will be very happy too, with fantastic fitness facilities, a pool big enough for swimming lengths, an exciting entertainment programme and the newly upgraded Boathouse Bar & Restaurant serving up delicious meals. You can even enjoy beauty treatments and relaxation time in the sauna and spa pools for a really grown-up getaway.

Very good location, and you more than likely have to wait until 4pm to check in, no earlier checking in. That is the only down bit .

We stayed here in the first week of the Easter holidays and it was a good base to see various attractions/places in the area such as Canterbury, White Cliffs of Dover and the castles at Deal, Dover and Walmer.

The park itself was clean and had reasonable facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Although our children are too old for the kids' entertainment, it looked fun for the younger ones who all seemed to be enjoying themselves. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. The only bit of feedback I would give is that it would be useful to have a bigger shop on site that sells the basics such as milk - this wasn't in stock at all.

Overall though, it's a nice park.

For such a small site, the facilities especially the swimming pools were excellent, A bit more variety of entertainment would help but as we went at the start if the season then this is understandable. Accommodation was amazing, best I've stayed in on a caravan site.
