The only helpful staff were the young girls in the boat house bar, day time and the reception staff.

North west LondonGB
This site was a good choice for a February half term. We had some terrible weather but the caravan was always warm. The children enjoyed the facilities, loved the pools (even though the slide was out of use one day, and baby pool out of use others) despite the awful changing area.
it was very muddy everywhere, but my grandson and I managed to use the table tennis table on the less windy day despite it being put out of use. The sand dunes were lovely, and we wished we could have enjoyed the area more. The children liked the play area and early evening entertainment which was very popular.

Could imaging this being nice in warmer days, but would like there to be some outside eating area by the caravan, as we did not have much space around us.

Constant issues especially with restaurant half board service. Security out of hours response to issue unacceptable.
