Facilities are quite limited although this did not worry us for a short stay. The location is good and very peaceful. Not much of a view of the good location from our caravan. Staff were helpful, but not great to be told your electric may be off but we can't move you if it is ( had a 15 month old infant and a person recovering from heart failure in late October) . Fortunately it wasn't and the problem for others seemed to be fixed quickly . It would have been nice to have some reassurance we could have been provided with some form of heating and lighting if the worst came to the worst, or we would have had to go home .

In middle of nowhere, cannot walk anywhere from park. No water for 1st day at all, given bottled water to drink but no showers or flushing toilet.
Felt run down & unloved, hardly any options left on the menu as told "out of season"?
Will not be returning sadly.

Hi Kay,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced within your holiday home, although I understand it is a big inconvenience that you could not use water for the first day of your holiday, I'm pleased the team were able to try and assist you as much as possible. I also apologise that there were items out of the stock on our food menu, I will raise this with our food and beverage manager.

We appreciate your feedback, and hope to welcome you back to Parkdean Resorts in future, where hopefully your faith will be restored.
