Sea Acres has become our new favourite Park Dean park. We loved the location, views across the sea from all over the site and access to a stunning stretch of coastline. The smaller bar made the entertainment more intimate and we were very impressed with (from Memory) Erin & Josh who really threw themselves into the last weekend of children's entertainment. The staff effort on the Halloween theme was much appreciated. We'll be back.

First time staying with Park Dean and probably the last. We booked a last minute two night break at the end of October as a little treat for my son. The caravan couldn't be faulted as it was clean and the views were amazing but for the park itself what a let down, first of all we couldn't play pitch and putt as the grass was to long and crazy golf was old the holes were filled with mud and the grass was soggy. The indoor soft play had a damp smell and wasn't overally clean. The staff weren't that friendly, when we went to the reef bar for a drink after a walk a member of staff was Sat in there on his phone just chilling watching football when he was the one who was supposed to be behind the bar. The arcade was out of date and as for the show bar it was tiny and run down. The swimming pool has to be the worst yet, the lifeguards were late opening the pool and once inside the changing room I wasn't impressed it was cold dirty and in need of a good lick of paint, the shower curtains had brown marks on the Basin all cracked and on getting out of the pool there is no heating. There were two lifeguards on and yet again they just spoke amongst themselves whilst casually eating and drawing on their hands, they looked bored to say the least. The only good things about the park is the location and the outdoor playground apart from that it needs updating big time and maybe staff that actually want to be there by employed for next season. I'm very dissatisfied for the price I paid and the experience I've been left with I will certainly be sticking to Haven in the future.

Our caravan was way to near the club house. It was noisy and had cars constantly going past as it was also on top of the main reception carpal. It spoiled our weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice and quiet - activities suitable for all. Staff upon welcoming, in the bar and shop were all friendly and went the extra mile for us; especially when asking for directions!

The only minor issue was that I couldn't access the WiFi (the one we pay for!) and left me having to do work in the bar, however it soon became clear to me that this was only a very minor issue as everyone in the bar was friendly, it was quiet and very comfortable.

Thank you very much for our stay.
