Boasting direct access to the beach, Coopers Beach Holiday Park is a real coastal retreat, with traditional seaside activities such as crabbing and walks to the Blackwater Estuary to watch the migrating birds on offer.
You'll find many attractions nearby, such as the historic Mersea Island Vineyard, where you can sample locally produced wines. Looking for some adrenaline-fueled fun? Windsurfing and kiteboarding can be enjoyed nearby at the West Mersea Windsurfing Club. And for a relaxing end to the day, nothing beats a sunset stroll along the tranquil coastline.

Kids will love the adventure playground and kid’s club, while the whole family can enjoy a friendly game on our multi-sports court. The park boasts direct beach access and there’s even a boat launching facility if you fancy taking to the water, perfect for a day of sea and sand. In the evening, our Showbar offers live performances that the whole family can enjoy. *Please note, the indoor pool is open from 13/03/26 - 02/11/26 and the outdoor pool is open from 22/05/26 - 31/08/26.

- Wi-Fi is available - connectivity can vary, so download anything you need before you arrive.
- There's a launderette and convenience store on park for the essentials.
- At high tide, we become a true island - check tide times before you travel as these change daily.
- Limited phone signal on park - a good excuse to fully switch off.
- Very limited public transport links directly from the park, so you'll need your own wheels.
- Dogs are welcome in selected accommodation, a dedicated area of the restaurant, and have direct access to the beach.
- Mosquitoes come with the rural territory - pack repellent.
