Caravan by big water logged right by side. I'm disabled and had great trouble getting in and out. Was basically told I should have let sun people know. How could I when everywhere else was fine. Sun bookings should be treated with same respect.

Had a fabulous holiday. Kids loved it. Staff are fantastic... love love love Luke!! He made my day every day. My son required medical care whilst on holiday and Julie was amazing and hands on even on her day off. So much to do so little time. We will be back x

Overall a nice place and worth a visit as can be relaxing. We were lucky to watch a lightning storm while sat on beach at night.

Not sure what would be like in high season caravans are packed together so little space for little ones to play nearby without going to play area (guess makes sense).

Unfortunately there was a power cut (pre-informed) for nearly a whole day 9-5:30 which meant extra costs incurred and ParkDean wiped there hands of it blaming outside company but were happy to offer their facilities which could not offer anything as no power. Park Dean should of used this to their benefit by offering either a discount on food and drink or partial discount for future holiday but alas offered nothing so my view of then has decreased.

Would i go again, no but then i dont like returning to places. Would i recommend yes, beach and good bar/restaurant on site but not sure what like in season.
