Great park nestled in a quiet location and only 10 mins from the coast. Whilst the train runs alongside the park and can be heard this wasn’t off putting and is not very frequent. We had what felt like a brand new caravan with everything you needed. Central heating was handy in the chilly mornings but easily controlled is not required. The park is fairly small but that’s not a negative. Well laid out around the main fishing lake and smaller ponds. Plenty of parking close to the caravan. The clubhouse and swimming pool were shut due to COVID but the kids loved the play park. Tesco’s was only a short drive away and a local shop nearby. We liked the peaceful atmosphere and would stay again. Great for families.

Too many people living at the park. Kids were running around knocking on the caravan windows late at night and the door was opened by kids coming in which didn't feel very safe/
