We visited out of season to a quiet park yet found ourselves in a caravan right next to one that was being worked on everyday of our "holiday" we listened to banging drilling and sawing from 8am in till 5pm.
Maintenance never turn up even when phoned 3 times and kids entertainment was hit and miss as to weather it happened or not leaving a very disappointed toddler
My apology for this poor holiday was a voucher to spend on the park for ice cream for my children really parkdean resorts you could have don't so much better and chose not to never had a problem before and used park resorts for years

Receptionists were really friendly and helpful. The pool attendants were also really friendly. A member of staff gave us a cot bed for the few days we were there.

We had a lovely weekend stay in July.

Check in was straight forward and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The park was lovely and clean and very welcoming. We used the pool, slide, park and football area - all of which were great if not a little small.

The caravan was spacious and very clean. Only issues were a horrendous bed that we could feel the springs through, despite putting 2 duvets over it to lay on top of. Kids beds were fine. A tin opener that didn't work ( no big deal) and no tv batteries despite asking on the Friday when we got there.

We thought the larger freezer space was great!

We used Martello Beach which is 10 mins down the road and visited Clacton Pier which is under 10mins away and a great day out.

Tesco is a 2 min drive away or 5 min walk across a busy road - and is massive!

A lovely stay.
