Contacted head office - spoke to Terry and Alice in different occasions. Explained we stayed on the disabled caravans and had unfortunately left all our medication behind. This happened on Friday afternoon. We realized after we had left the accommodation. They said they were going to look into it and get back. Neither of them did. I also spoke to the receptionist at the caravan on the day and she assured me the agency cleaners you recruited had thrown them in the bin. This is appalling
