Disgusting treated by reception staff, promised things but never given them, paid for a caravan with central heating and put in one without heating. Absolute joke

Hi Clare,

This is certainly not the feedback we expect to receive. We are disappointed to hear your accommodation did not meet your expectations, we always aim to provide the perfect accommodation to suit your needs, we are sorry we missed the mark on this occasion.

On rare occasions where the team on park are unable to rectify the issues, please email our Central Service team and we can investigate further.

Beautiful location, really helpful staff, well maintained park.
However, extortionate bar prices: 1 pint Ale, 1 glass of Pinot Grigio, 1 pack of crisps = £11:00 - Food was overpriced and was not well presented. Baked beans on kids meal were dry and dark orange and sliced onto the plate, totally inedible.
When on holiday, we expect to pay more but also expect reasonable value for money in return.

The park is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the beautiful long beaches of Druridge bay - great for families, with sand, rock pools & dunes to explore. Cresswell ices is a lovely little shop on the seafront for homemade ice cream, sweets & small toys. But the facilities in the park itself are not great - a small entertainment complex and overpriced shop. Their website advertises superfast wifi across the whole park, but doesn't make clear that you have to pay extra for this. And the wifi signal was in any case non-existent in our centrally located caravan near the entertainment complex, throughout our stay. 4G etc also very limited due to the remote location so don't expect to have internet access!
