We found our stay at Creswell absolutely fantastic ad great value for money. Just one little suggestion for future reference - it was extremely muddy around the caravan and a few paving slabs outside wouldve been helpful. However it didnt detract from our lovely break with you and we would definitely recommend it if you prefer a smaller park.

It was very muddy around the caravans and it wasn't helped by the staff speeding around on the quad on numerous occasions

didnt get the van we paid for. have to walk through sodden mud to get to van resulting in mud getting everywhere. didn't get the correct amount of bedding, didn't get entertainment passes. had to make 3 trips back to reception within first few hours of arriving to sort issues out.

Caravan was great all very clean and as expected.

The site staff all seemed a bit miserable and didn’t seem to want to be there. We enquirer about the swimming session for babies and got told there wasn’t one although it’s advertised on the site. Got told we could swim as adults first thing during a quiet session and maybe just leave the kids hanging around. The swimming pool was a shambles there needs to be a booking system in place waiting in a long line with small children is very difficult for them to understand and also a waste of holiday time. Also only 2 family changing cubicles and only one with baby changing meaning lots of families waiting around. The pool area didn’t seem overly clean either.
We didn’t use bar or kids clubs as experience with pool put us off.

Didn’t like Cresswell Towers, the park it’s self was quite nice however the entertainment complex needs a total makeover. The swimming baths were tiny for a quite large site. There was only 4 changing rooms and 1 family room which was totally inadequate. As they were only allowing about 45 mins to an hour a session then everyone with a certain coloured band had to get out, many times there were over 15-20 peoples waiting to get changed, freezing cold wrapped in a towel, many people were getting there children ready at the side of the pool just to get them warm. The pool was also closed all day on the Wednesday due to some fault which left us with a very unhappy child. The clubhouse was far too small and they had crammed as many tables and chairs in that you couldn’t move, and trying to get a buggy through so we could get a table was hopeless. It also drove me mad having to go through the arcades to get to anywhere as you couldn’t get passed anyone playing on the machines. There was only 1 playpark and as we had a child who had only just gone 4 and a 1year old there was only 2 swings that they could play on, no other facilities for little ones or babies. Even the activities seemed as though they were for children from about 8 and over. The only good thing about this sight was it was near to the beach which we went to everyday as there was nothing else to do.
