The resort is a very quiet one with very little to do. I imagine in better weather it's full of activities and events. It's unfortunately one I won't be returning to. We holiday every easter in a caravan and 90%is park resorts. I can say they are normally all singing all dancing and the kids don't complain if the weather is bad cos there is still something to do.

Only putting 3 star as don't like putting to low. Staff on the park do not know what's going on or know how to communicate with each other. When I booked was told I could get travel cot into bedroom for baby. When I got into there no way it would fit. Asked reception they said don't know why i had been told that as none of the caravans can fit one in. 2nd day in went for food at club house order the food 4 5 mins later it come and cold and missing things was told they had ran out. So why wasn't we told when we ordered. 4th day no electricity for 6 hours was not told it was going to happen. Rang office they had no idea what's going on so communication skill are very much lacking. Kids were freezing. No heating. Water. And for the mud just unbelievable. The entertainment staff were ok but just looked fed up. Will not be going back stick to haven

We did not enjoyed our stay at all.... we had to do activities in town because there is any in the holiday park....
The mud... the flooding was too much and nothing was done to clear the holiday park... this is health and safety issue...

Our caravan was a new one that was the only thing that we did enjoy about it...
