We was staying at Whitley Bay for 7 nights. Caravan was very modern and comfortable. The car parking situation was not ideal, you can not get your car parked besied the caravans so you have to look for a space and sometimes can be very busy. Our 3 daughters aged 10 and 6 were very disappointed with the kids entertainment at night. The nights we went to the disco there was no characters on site but they had them on a screen! Not something we expected so we just didn't go to the entertainment in the evenings instead the girls played with friends outside the caravan and had a great time. Maybe this was because we was off season with being Scottish but maybe a little warning so kids are disappointed.

Really disappointed by the accommodation and facilities on site. The park was run down and lacked facilities but the ones there are very poor. For the cost we are disappointed that we spent our valuable family holiday time here. Would not return.
