Fabulous resort one or two problems, people leaving rubbish on the beach i.e. Nappies ,beer cans that could easily be removed, show boat could also do with having external clean up, fag stubs removed from the trays on the external tables, not inviting if you have to sit outside as a non smoker.

The caravan we stayed in was very nice. There were a few issues, a window in the living room was warped causing a draft. I purposely booked a caravan with 'stunning sea views and a veranda'.....what we got was a veranda with 3 chairs so we couldn't even all sit out (4 of us) and the stunning view of the main road into the park and reception. To be fair if you stood on your tiptoes you could see the sea. The path immediately next to us made it particularly noisy on a night, the unhelpful path with no lighting so no one could actually see where they were walking anyway. We asked at reception about the stunning seaview and the staff agreed but shrugged saying they couldn't do anything grinning saying this is it. They also said they had no other chairs available for the veranda. Most unhelpful.

The beach was amazing and the one feature I would recommend, the only shame there is no bin at the entrance resulting in lots of rubbish left near the rocks, dirty nappies, not making the best first impression.

The site shop is of very poor standards although these were the friendliest most helpful staff on site, just a shame the shop can't be brought into the modern times.

After many years staying at haven I must say I certainly won't recommend park dean resorts, it is a shame when the beach was so beautiful.
