Just don’t go there!!! Entertainment is appalling especially considering the same ents manager has been there for 6 years and yes he makes you aware of the fact. Accommodation is what I can only describe as dirty and infected! Nothing for teenagers to do at all. Arcade is sparse and the staff in there need personality transplants (very rude to my children for asking what times the arcade is open) park isn’t well kept at all and no one seems to care!

Bar staff are amazing and would be better suited to the entertainment team at least they want to talk to your customers!!

We were really disappointed with the site which was very run down and neglected. The service roads were shocking with pot holes every where and dangerous where not lit. The caravan however was every thing we asked for and the staff on site were all very friendly and helpful.

The bar staff were amazing, security great, food great, Emma (trooper) was excellent. I would only say that Georgina and her male colleague, sorry I can’t remember his name were very biast towards guests they knew and it showed which was a shame. Other people jan this we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Borth is very quiet as is Brynowen compared to other parkdean sites we have stayed at. I'd highly recommend you request a caravan up the top of the site for better quality caravans, more privacy, and better views.
