Our caravan was clean and relatively new looking. The area is good with a great beach( with lifeguarding ), but not much else. Borth is a nice place but a little run down in places, and away from anyplace you would want to visit. So a journey is required to go anywhere. The staff were very helpful and found a solution to charge my Electric car quite quickly. We would use Brynowen park again for sure.

On arrival i was told i could check in at 4.00 pm which was fine; so we had some food and drinks etc. I tried to check in at 4.00 pm & again at 4.15 pm and again at 4.30 pm and again at 4.45 pm; i asked the manager what was the problem and he said he was having a bad day so i asked again what time i could expect to get into the caravan as i was having trouble with the 2 year old grand daughter and his response was you think your having a bad not you should see the day i'm having; the receptionists were extremely rude to all of us waiting and had an attitude of who cares;
the remaining staff on site were fine
