We have been to you a few times, but this time was a bit disappointing, when booking I requested a caravan at the bottom of the hill as my husband has cancer, and this wasn't adhered to but was changed without no question which I was very grateful for. The caravan needed updating. Firstly the fire wouldn't go that was sorted until the Friday morning early hours when it packed in again. My hairdryer had more heat than it anyway. This was vital with my husbands illness. Luckily I had a pop bottle to fill to keep him warm. The cooker only two rings that worked properly, the curtain were unattached in places, the toilet seat was crooked and the one light didn't work which didn't really bother us. We were going to stay for an extra night but we were put off by all of the above. Really disappointed by the standard this year, which may effect if we return cl55 was the apartment number

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our young family. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. Brilliant having the beach so close. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had fantastic views. We can't wait to stay there again.
