We stayed the end of season, so entertainment was not great. The park is very quiet, friendly and generally clean.
This is my 20th stay at the park and me and my family love visiting every year.

Myself and my family holiday at caravan parks three times a year mostly at Haven but we have holidayed with yourselves before.I found the caravans very close and very oldthe caravan my parents were put in was placed on four breeze blocks making the steps very dangerous in the way they had used patio slabs, causing my 74 yr old father to stumble down them.staffing at the club house at night was strange as there was more security than any other staff. The first night last orders was called by the security at 10.30 at the time we were all enjoying ourselves, then on another night the service at the bar took a good while as there was one poor fella trying to serve drinks and also running back and forth to the kitchen to serve meals leaving the bar unattended as the other bar man sat and ate a meal along with a security man but I did find the reception staff very helpful.I realise that it was the end of the season but we payed our money and there was no young children in our parties so we looked forward to the late nights out which didn't happen.

The park is incredibly run down. Even the clubhouse which looks like it's been redone inside recently still has many signs of it's past life, with its Spanish villa style brickwork full of weeds looking out of place. Like a closed down theme park. If arriving on the cheap seats, even if you've spent an arm and a leg on upgrades, don't be surprised if you are placed in an undesirable location. We were put outside reception in the busiest spot of the whole park, right by the club and on a busy road. This actually went in our favour as we complained - we'd asked to be away from facilities- and were upgraded to a beautiful caravan way above what we'd paid for. Even so- the rubbish and junk underneath the caravans was pretty disgusting. The pool is basic but clean. No space for spectators sadly and the baby pool closed off. Soft play closed in run down arcade. Entertainment great and lots of options for activities throughout the day.
The area is stunning and great if you aren't big on very touristy areas. A quiet little area with everything you might need, right by the beach and a short drive to Aberystwyth if you need more. A great base for outdoor adventures, if you like walking you will be particularly pleased. Can recommend a short drive to bwlch nant yr Arian for walking and seeing the beautiful red kites.
