Left the holiday park with no breakfast, not even a drink.
Left feeling disappointed, flat and stressed.

Hi Anouska,

We're sorry to read that you didn’t manage to get breakfast before departing from the park and for the disappointment this caused, we do hope that this would not deter you from visiting us again and we hope to be able to welcome you all back to one of our parks in the near future.

Low rating for ‘Helpfulness of staff’ is based on my experience at check out. To be asked if I had enjoyed my stay without an apology for the situation with electricity and water that morning was disappointing
When I mentioned the issue, there was no response /comment from the receptionist.
Not a great example of good customer service.
