The park itself is a lovely well kept cosy Park, in a good ideal location with short drives to local amenities and places to visit.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you have a car this is a cost effective location. Good access to Rhyl,Conwy and Snowdonia. But the immediate location is not so appealing. Just rows of caravans many not particularly well kept, run down fun fair and no character to the area at all. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Kids loved the evening activities, great team. Swimming pool was very cloudy you could not see your feet.

We enjoyed our break very much and used the pool, amusements, adventure playground and the entertainment. We were very happy with the caravan and its equipment. The holiday park was lovely and quiet and staff were very helpful. We found the kids' entertainment at night a bit lacking - it was too short and too young for the kids with us who were 7 and 5. There was a singer on Wednesday night who had a lovely voice but he wasn't given any costume to wear or any background to sing against which was a shame. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Caravan was nothing like the pictures illustrated it was for 8 people but far far too small the most I've paid for a caravan with park resorts and the smallest I've had.
Arcade needs more for small children
Swimming pool dirty smelly in fact smelled like a fish pond and water was freezing.
Boat house food discusting and very expensive for small portions.
I've always enjoyed park resort but would not return to this park

Our caravan was in a very poor state on arrival. Lots of hair clumps on the carpet, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, hairs in the shower (asked staff to come back to clean) dirty glasses in the bathroom, coffee split down cupboards. We had to empty the Hoover and clean the filter to get it working. A duvet was dumped outside our front door which was stained, so requested a new one and a clean one, as one of the beds wasn't made up.
It was just a very poor standard. This was our fifth year of going on a Sun holiday and every time it's been great but this was our first experience of a park dean resort, so disappointed.
Mini golf...mow the lawn so it looks decent, swimming pool water was very cloudy and there was only two tables to seat 6 people which was situated out of the main area and underneath a Telly playing football.
Very disappointed.
