Staff were brilliant and helpful, resort was beautiful. Bad points were the shocking food prices for small, below average food and the arcade machines being tempramental even though staff worked quickly to resolve these issues.

The location is fantastic - right on the beach and great for exploring Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire etc. The caravan was also clean and spacious.

The site itself was not great. There are a lot of owners at this site and everyone seems to know each other so there were huge groups of rowdy drunk people in the bar or outside their chalets and caravans. The people in the caravan next to ours had constant visitors and at 12.30am had a loud chat with the car engine running right outside our bedroom window.

We went to the pool one day, unfortunately the temperature was too cold for the baby, no where near reccommended guidelines. The changing rooms were disgusting with mud on the floor throughout. It would not have taken much to have washed it over with a hose. There were far too few changing rooms aswell. The most concerning part was the stereo plugged in on the floor behind the lifeguard. Wet children were walking past as it was near the entrance and we all know how well electricity and water mix!!!

There were queues every night at the bar as the couple of people serving were very slow. Also we could never get a seat in the entertainment area and even the seperate bar was very full.
