Evening entertainment at the club was shocking the troupers were arguing amongst them selfs on stage in front of people
The beer was £5 per bottle this isn't London it's Wales I could buy 3 bottles of the same beer for £5 in the supermarket so that's what we did and save a fortune. I know you have to make a profit on drinks but don't take the mick and we weren't the only family giving the club a miss. Caravan we rented looked tired inside.

Caravan was nice and clean and did the job. Nice to have a BBQ as well. Duck inn service and hospitality very poor run out of beer half way thru night has to change beers shocking pool table absolutely rubbish tv keeps resetting to a default channel half way thru match service style and attitude of staff in restaurant probably the worst encountered any where we went in only dirty tables looked like a war zone got a rankle in lower section choose items placed order then told it's in a takeaway box had to collect food myself 3 items chosen not available only one server working. Placed dessert order given the flashing light again after 20 mins flashed only to be told food not available [frozen dessert] the tables still full with the same dirty plates 2 hrs later our table now had 15 empty glasses on couldn't even play bingo no where on table to mark scores. Whole night total waste of time supposed to be a holiday didn't stay for entertainment due to full table of empty glasses just waiting for accident to happen. Bar manager stood on chair trying to put signs with drink offers behind bar when que is 10 deep signs kept falling down like faulty towers. Asked at reception for a bike hire company told don't know after a protracted conversation told its 50 mins away. Went on internet and found one 20 mins away. When got home realised we had left two pairs of glasses in caravan phoned number no answer for 1 and half days when got thru told glasses not ther we can't check to see if there in because caravan is occupied and would check next week when vacant again asked for head office numberhave to wait

I think the pool could be a little bit bigger for the size of the park, apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great area in Wales but would not recommend Parkdean as a place to stay here as it was incredibly disorganised, poorly laid out and the facilities were terrible at this location. It was incredibly unfair on staff to try and provide a good service with such bad facilities. Some tried their best but most didn't have a clue and didnt want to know either. The main facility or club house 'The Sands' provided some of the worst food we have ever experienced at outrageous prices. Go off site to eat as you get great quality food for about 10% cheaper.

The beach is beautiful but nothing else to do if it's a cold or rainy day.
