Poor entertainment, lack of choice of food and unhelpful staff

Hi S,

Thank you for sharing your review.

As I hope you can appreciate, entertainment is very subjective. Whilst we do our best to appeal to a wide audience range with what we offer, we understand that we aren't able to please everyone at the same time.

Furthermore as you visited in the low season, we are not exercising a full entertainment schedule currently. We would recommend visiting us again in the peak season, where our line-up is livelier.

We will take this opportunity to share your concerns on the restaurant and staff with the on park managements team for internal review, as this is not the usual experience you can expect from Parkdean resorts.

I went to Pendine Sands for the first time in the summer. We were extremely lucky as the weather was glorious and we fell in love with the place. It's for this reason that I chose to book again, later in the year. The weather wasn't so kind, but we still had a lovely time, all the same - with plenty to do and see both on site, and in the surrounding area. The rich local history is fascinating and I learnt so many things I'd never heard of before, all of which happened in the area. Well worth a visit.
