Our holiday parks in the Lake District continue to be some of our most highly rated parks by our customers, and Fallbarrow is a particular favourite with couples due its tranquil woodland setting. Located right on the shore of breathtaking Lake Windermere, Fallbarrow's luxury lodges, cosy caravans and on-park bar and restaurant tick all the boxes.
Another big highlight for Fallbarrow is it's proximity to the town of Bowness-on-Windermere, just steps from the park's entrance. Here you'll find a wide range of souvenir shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. You can also hop on a lake cruise from the town's jetty, all without needing a car.

Our only lodge-only park, Warmwell’s woodland setting is located in the heart of the Dorset countryside, while still only being a short drive from incredible coastal sights including Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. On park, you'll find great facilities in the main complex, including an indoor swimming pool. The park also features multiple fishing lakes and even a 110m dry ski slope! Keep your eyes peeled for a sighting of the resident deer that roam around the park's trails.

Popular for fishing with its two well-stocked lakes, you can expect to see ducks waddling amongst the caravans and lodges. It’s also one of our two parks that houses a hotel, which has undergone a major renovation for 2020.
There is plenty to do at Southview, however if you want to venture out and about, the town of Skegness is close by - with traditional seaside town charm and attractions in abundance.
