The caravan was adequate but to say we paid for the highest standard I dread to think what you would get if you didn't opt for premium! The food and service in the boathouse was appalling and it wasn't even busy! When we complained the Manager said they were just practising for the summer! The swimming pool should come with a health warning as they allow way too many in at once and the water is strangely warm and very cloudy, I felt like a horrible mum as after one time in the pool I couldn't allow my children to go back in for fear of them falling ill from the water. The fish shop ran out of fish and didn't restock for three days! My daughter fell in the play area and when I asked for an antiseptic wipe from the first aid kit I was refused by the girls on the bar who said it was too much of a pain to give me one because they would have to fill in a form! we would discourage anyone from paying money to stay here and can't firmly say we will NEVER be returning!

Hi Francesca,

I'm truly sorry to read about your recent experience during your stay at Southview, it sounds like there were a few occasions where we let you down. We really appreciate you taking the time to fill in your survey and provide us with your feedback, as this helps us understand where we went wrong, and how we can put this right for next time.

If you would like to discuss your concerns in further detail, please don't hesitate to get in touch at reevoo@parkdean-resorts.com

And I do hope this will not deter you from returning for a future break with Parkdean Resorts.

we had a bad experience with the booking staff and the accomodation but i have written to parkdean and saw sarah on site to deal with it, the site itself was good but accomodation was terrible and we were not given what we were promised on booking but with 9 children with us we had to make the most of it.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful park and environment. All extremely clean.
Clubhouse far too hot and poor air conditioning.
Food in Boathouse poor value for money.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend
