We stayed in the standard caravan which was comfortable and adequate for our holiday as we were able to go out most of the time having decent weather. The caravan was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Didn't need to ask for any help from staff but the bar staff could have been more cheerful though. We have always stayed at Parkdean resorts from the kids were growing to me as a mature parent, so you must be doing something right or we would fail to come back.

Right a bus stop from the Train station in the town centre, this park had a walk lane, I've never seen before. To walk around to the shop and clubhouse safely. Though reception is quite a way from there if your in a hurry.
The Amusements shop is closed over dinner, leaving us with no chance to buy something with our tickets before leaving.
The park and shop were both excellent, compared to four other sites.
The food at the restaurant is very poor/waste of money and expensive, at that. The children's entertainment was good of what we saw.
The staff were terrible in the restaurant and at reception.
Somebody took my son's bag which was only out of sight for a minute. There were no cameras near the play park area and staff did nothing to help

wow - i think this could possibly be the best park we have stayed at!
Lots of activities for the children, mine are 13yrs, 5yrs and 1. Amazing water pool with slides, addition water activities you can book onto also. Little ones entertainment at night, fantastic outdoor play area and soft play area. The site is very clean, staff are extremly helpful and friendly . i also loved the outdoor area, lovely to sit and have a drink.
15 minute walk to the beach, beautiful walk with a little coffee/snack shop where you can buy buckets and spades.
Loved it thankyou :)
only thing i would say needs improving is the chip shop, missing a real trick there. i think if the food was better more people would use it. The food was awful.

There is limited facilities and the drinks and food on site are overpriced for families and poor quality.
On check out day at 1pm my husband rang and spoke to Charlotte to advise he had left his wallet with his cards, cash, driving licence in so, it was very urgent.
We were advised they would check the caravan and call back as hubby had told them where it was. Just before 5pm he rang again and was told the caravan was now occupied and he would have to wait until Monday?!
Hubby ended up setting off at 6am on Saturday morning and driving 100 miles each way, he approached security who were fantastic and helpful and he managed to retrieve his wallet.
Your office staff could have saved us a lot of worry and expense by dealing with the matter when it was raised.
We still have had no call back from them to acknowledge our concerns. Terrible service from them.
