We loved the site and the staff on the whole were really helpful and nice but we stayed half-board, as we did last year at Mullion. We found the food the most unhealthy food ever. All food except the jacket potatoes were fried, covered in breadcrumbs or cheese and fat and came with chips or garlic bread, and the only vegetables available most days were frozen peas which I got sick of. I was really really shocked and disappointed to be charged £9.45 for my dinner of vegetarian sausages, frozen peas and jacket potato just I had changed the chips for the jacket potato. I had already paid half-board! That was the most expensive jacket potato I ever had. How can that be right? The only healthy dinner available all week was the Sunday roast. There was no fruit available either for breakfast or dessert. Shocked really by the fat and sugar laden choices. I had jacket potatoes nearly every for dinner. Gutted!

We had a lovely holiday in the maple chalet which we found had been very well cleaned and updated from our previous visit.

A beautiful setting and a lovely small quiet site with good facilities and entertainment. We stayed here in a lodge for 3 nights with our 7 year old son and it was perfect. We will definately be re-booking for next year for longer, as there is still so much more we want to see of the area around this coast of Cornwall.
