Lovely, small holiday park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Entertainment good for younger kids. Not much for teenagers. playpark very small and nowhere to kick a ball but lovely surroundings. Would go again but website misleading when suggests places to go around 10-15 miles away when that is as the crow flies, took over and hour to get anywhere. Colne Railway and Colchester Castle were great days out.

We spent 2 weeks at this park thus summer and enjoyed every bit of it. The caravan was brand new and was fitted out with brand new equipment. Staff were helpful from the word go and the evening entertainment staff were great. Location is good if you enjoy walking and outdoor activities, the area is around 25 mins from Maldon were civilisation exists. There are 2 pubs locally but the best pub by far is the Star Inn located 5 min drive to the next town of Steeple. Southend is 45 mins away but is a lovely drive and worth the trip if only to lrt the kids go on Adventure Island (half priced tickets available in corner stores everywhere in Southend). I would definately come here again.
