The caravan was very basic. The double mattress was uncomfortable due to springs sticking into you. The solution was for two adults to sleep on the sofas and use the pull out mattress on top of the double bed to provide cushioning. The remote control was held together by two Elastoplast bandaids. Not what you expect for an upgraded caravan. There was no facility for outdoor seating and no hooks provided for coats. There were also cobwebs on arrival In The main sitting area.

Right next to an abatoire so not best placed! The site has very little for the kids and they got bored very quickly.
Accommodation not bad but could do with it being bigger.
The complex was tiny and not many staff members about. Not approachable.
To be frank won't be going back and you've alot to do to meet Havens standards. No more Parkdean for us!!
