We found our stay very lovely, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs, the caravan was nice however could be more clear on how to operate the heating. Overall a great stay as per usual, will be returning.

couldn't check in until 4:30 as caravan wasn't ready, Hoover in caravan didn't work so floor got quite mucky as we had a dog with us. not much to do on site especially if you have a dog. receptionist wasn't very friendly when asking about walks and when checking out. local area is really nice and has lovely walks.

THIS PARK IS MOST SUITED TO PEOPLE WHO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS EG WALKING, FISHING. THE PARK IS ACCESSED BY GOING ALONG A LONG NARROW ROAD. I WOULD ALSO SAY THAT THE HOLIDAY PARK IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. THE RESTAURANT SELLS LOVELY FOOD BUT IT IS EXPENSIVE. THERE IS A SHOP ON SITE WHICH SELLS ESSENTIALS.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The surroundings are simply stunning and it's well worth a walk up to look at the aquaduct. The facilities were good, but the staff made it extra special. . . They really made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend tummel valley.

In one of our caravans the heating repeatedly went off by itself leaving a newborn very cold. In our other caravan the electricity and gas went off when the two toddlers were about to go to sleep causing them to be very distressed as the whole caravan was in darkness and it was raining! When the maintenance man arrived there was no apology or anything!
