When we arrived there were entertainment passes for only half of our party at reception and on arriving at the caravan bedding for 2 of our party was missing. None of the beds were made up. When we asked at reception for more bedding (on our way to eat at the restaurant) we were asked to pick up the duvets and take them back to the caravan ourselves! Obviously our party of 8 didn't want to do this and we were then told that maintenance staff would do this. Which they did. We booked Grannies Heilan Hame as we knew there was entertainment but this was an oxymoron as what was provided was utterly appalling. We left a day early, only staying 2 nights rather than the 3 we had booked (and paid for). Very disappointed as we have stayed at this park many times but the attitude of staff and the "entertainment" needs a complete overhaul before we would ever consider returning.

staff very helpful, beds were not made this time which is part of the deal and took time away from our holiday. fridge didn't fit and was like that last year, we asked for the same caravan as it is next door to our friends and was assured that the fridge would be one that would fit but wasn't. have booked the same one for next year at same time so hopefully will get it replaced by then, other than that everything was great, troupers as usual were great very friendly helpful and looking forward to seeing them all next year
