once again spent the weekend at Sundrum and had a brilliant time. the staff are so friendly especially Elaine who always takes the time to chat and ask where you have been and also recommend places to visit. The whole experience is just made better by these actions. Everyone is very welcoming and the reception staff are very efficient. We love it at Sundrum and will always return.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. For the park to work well as a group of families, It would have been even better if we could have been closer together and a large indoor space would be amazing - something like a games room that we could have used as a group. I realise that this isn't what you are primarily set up to do, however we have used parks in the past that have these facilities and it makes a big difference to a group of families with children who have a disability. We really appreciated the use of the pool and the fact that the staff there used their lunch hour to facilitate the session as well as the puppet coming along which all the children and the adults with Prader-Willi syndrome loved.
