The KIDS had a amazing time staff were lovely and great with the children food was lovely lots to do the grounds were very clean I had a problem with the people next caravan throwing their rubbish out the window ,after speaking to staff at the reception it was resolved right away on our last night the ticket machine in the arcade broke and the kids had four nights of tickets we were told it would be fixed for the morning but it wasn't and we were told we had to count the tickets ourselves but having over 2000 tickets I wasn't happy the person behind the counter just laughed working in education I am aware not all people are numeracy I feel that asking some people to count a large amount of tickets is both unfair to the adult and child .
During our stay at Wemyss bay and Sundrum castle we were collecting the mascots but at sundrum castle we were only able to purchase one pip squeak when we wanted two can I order another online
Thank You I we hope to return next year

Place was nice, staff very friendly. Disappointed with prizes for ticket machines. Son have over 6 thousand tickets and prizes were terrible. Would definitely take this into consideration if thought about going again as a lot of money spend on these machines to take home prizes that burst after a couple of squeezes or could buy for a fiver at the shops and very little options. This is the things that kids like to play but would consider another park for this reason.
