Popular for its fantastic on-park facilities and amazing views over the North Sea, Skipsea Sands Holiday Park is located in the beautiful village of Skipsea in the East Riding area of Yorkshire.
There is a great range of entertainment features on the park itself and you’re never more than a short drive away from one of the nearby beaches at Fraisthorpe, Bridlington or Hornsea.
Spend your days relaxing by the heated indoor pool with its sauna and steam room whilst the children have fun in the adventure playground, and even enjoy a family game of ten-pin bowling.

- When we checked in to Caravan, Immediately we found that the heating in Main Bed room was not working. We reported the same to the reception around 5 PM. They told they will some send house keeping to check and fix. No body turned up. We had to sleep in Cold. Next morning , we again chased them, They said somebody would come and fix. Till afternoon 3 PM, nobody came.
We chased again, Then in the afternoon, we got call from Park Manager - Nicky (not sure about the name), She called and told that they do not have anyone , who can fix the heating problem , hence She wanted us to move to another caravan.
I went to take the keys, I requested that she could have swapped the caravan yesterday itself as a courtsey , but she was trying to convinence that it was not their fault that the heating is not working, Also, she was trying to pass on message like she was doing a favour by upgrading our caravan to better facilities. I took the key but I did not like her behaviour and few minutes later, i returned the key.. We stayed over night and then returned 1 day early.

- I would say this is the last time we will come to skipsea.
The park feels very unsafe at night....no security about and the whole place seems run by owners children/grandchildren, Who think they own the place.
