The caravan was dirty and mouldy on outside could have done with a good clean. We could not get in van until 1600 hours and had to vacate at 10 in morning so your paying nearly £100 pound a night for a 20 year old van that was very worn on inside . A round of drinks in your bar was £19 compared to the local pub the same round was £12 will not be staying again or recommending you to anyone. All the kids activities you organise also have a price to pay you don't mention this on your website Very dissatisfied with parkdean

The only thing to spoil our holiday so to speak is that the caravan hadn't been cleaned correctly.... you could see dirt under the sofa and under the beds had a kids aeroplane and a ladies panty liner!

We were a little disappointed with the condition of the outside pool. It was too cold to use it ,but the state of it was off putting as there was a covering of bird droppings in the pool and all overcthe outside area including the fountain . Hopefully it will sorted before the summer .

There were no instruction in the caravan on how to turn the cooker/ fire on (we have electric at home) a mop & bucket were left in the toilet area & it stunk so I placed it outside of the caravan, price of the larger in the clubhouse was £1.30 a pint dearer than my local pub.
My daughter somehow managed to lock her car keys in the car & some of your staff were very helpful in managing to get a length of wire between the door & frame & press the window down button which allowed us to open the door, many thanks.
The caravan was of a good standard & we had a lovely Easter break there.
