Same park with reduced facilities and the ability to only book swimming once per day if there was availability.
Evening entertainment for adults ok but for kids very poor and as it’s a family park it’s the reason we attend.

We stayed at the Kessingland site and found it a really nice break the caravan was very modern and the site itself was clean and safe . The clubhouse was both modern and clean and large enough to feel spacious. The service was prompt and pleasant the staff served you rapidly and had really good Manners. We only ate once in the restaurant and I have got to say we were very pleasantly surprised by the meal . We had the steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes and broccoli it was excellent and just the right size portions . We had a few drinks in the bar over the week and found the draught lager a good clean refreshing pint . Overall a really good little break and enjoyable nearby attractions for the kids like Pleasurewood Hills. Just one little thing that I thought wasn't too good was a very small minority drive on the camp far too fast especially with little children around obviously no fault of the park or staff just thoughtless idiots but luckily it's just a very small minority

Would have been better without the bird scarer kept going off early in the morning. Noisy group of people on the last night, wasn't happy about that I wouldn't want to stay at that position again to be honest.
