We have a fantastic time and would happily come again.
My only comment would be that the inside pool is very small and not great for younger children due to the pool depth, because of this when the weather isn't great there is very limited activites to do with the children.

All in all great holiday park and great value for money, only downside was the swimming pool not being the cleanest and no ideal changing facilities for families with a child under 2. The baby changing facility was small, wet and slippery. Also on all 3 days we went the baby pool was not open so we was limited to a short time in the big pool due to the temperature.

This Parkdean resort was quite disappointing. The caravan- Drifters 6, was very old, single glazed windows which all the seals had gone so you could see daylight through the gaps.
When it rained the water would come in and it was freezing cold with draughts coming through. The electric panel heaters were not warm and the bathroom heater didnt work. The caravan was freezing cold and damp from the water coming in. I had to plug the holes with tin foil. the beds were damp from where the water had dripped through the kids windows on to the mattress. I had to buy 2 extra electric heaters and get sleeping bags, extra blankets and hot water bottles from family members that were local. I did report to reception and we got an extra heater and 2 extra duvets for the kids but is was a very cold, damp week. I also had to give the van a once over with some anti bac wipes as it was a bit grubby.
The swimming pool and changing areas need a deep clean. I didn't go in the pool at all after i watched from the side for a while. The changing areas were very grubby, slimy and hairy. Lots of hair in the pool.
