Caravans were lovely, new, clean & very well equipped.

The customer service in the club house was awful. Never enough staff to serve you, it wasn't even busy when we were there but still left queing for ages. Ordering food in the club house was a nightmare. After queing for what felt like hours to order our food we then waited for over an hour for it to arrive. When it did arrive there was only 2 meals...there was 5 of us in our party! We then had to wait another hour for the rest of our order to arrive.

The children's entertainment, day & night was very poor. Its aimed more for pre school age. Not much to do for children any older. We had paid for a 4 night break but we left early due to the fact our children were bored. I expected more from a Parkdean Resort. We have stayed at other Parkdean Resorts in the past and always had a great holiday.
