We had a great time at Heacham Beach. The only down side was that we have a dog and although it was great that we could take her with us, unfortunately we couldn't use any of the facilities i.e the entertainment room/bar area as she wasn't allowed in. My son however really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Nice caravan/ not too far from all amenities . Although parents take the mick x think life guards are there too look after their children, so parents put towels on tables x chairs so life guards assume their staying, but they don t they leave kids x bugger off. Took my grandson swimming and their was 4 parents x 10 times that amount of kids. No way life guards could watch all these, hence parents should stay. Although previous occupants left dog critters yucky. Beautiful beach x reasonable spice lounge curry house on local high street. the chinese was grim x way too expensive. On site shop totally pants. Hunstanton not far x good chippies x on the seafront, theres a stall that does a bucket of chips with spade for kids so useful after they also do yummy doughnuts

The caravan is very small not enough room to swing a cat. The location of the park is very good close to great locations like holkham and Wells. The staff not very helpful told the staff that the tv kept coming on by itself and they said they would look into and never did it kept waking us up during the night and frighten my child on each occasion. It was also fire risk!!! Also I stated that there is no fire blanket in the kitchen as stated in the kitchen area. This has been reported to the local authoritie. I will go back to the local area but will stay at a different park. It’s a shame because out of all the parks I stayed at this is the worse for facilities and staff.
