Make the most of good times

Whether you want to try your hand at fishing in the well-stocked fishing lake, or go for a swim in the heated indoor pool, there is something for everyone to enjoy at Sunnydale Holiday Park.

You can explore the seaside town of Mablethorpe and lively Cleethorpes. But the holiday park has plenty of activities for both adults and kids too, whether you’re on a short break with friends or a holiday with the whole family.

Kids will love getting active in the Water Walkers – a giant bubble that allows you to skim across water without getting wet. But the entertainment isn’t just for the kids as adults can find food and refreshment in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant and at the Showbar at weekends.

I loved my stay, however upon arrival we was put in a caravan which smelt so bad of musk and damp, like it hadn't been used only to be told was full the previous week so must have been used. We got 3 options have a same caravan, or pay for 2 more options, we got taken to the dearer one which smelt so bad of cigarettes, we then settled with the upgrade. The reason I wanted to move was because we had a 12 week old baby, I just didn't think it was right that we had to pay for this upgrade when it wasn't our fault in the first place. Despite the first day the next few days were great.

The place was dirty with blocked toilets that smelt all the time. Staff were ignorant when asked for menu. Bar and entertainment were small. Had to wait ages to get served. Nothing near to site to see.

This site is very run down, the staff are nice enough but couldn't really help us and just agreed that the site was a dump. The van was old and filthy and even after the cleaners had been back out we needed to go and get cleaning stuff and do it ourselves.

The park surrounding is lovely, the beach when you get to it is beaut. The site not so much, the pool is nice but not very clean, the showers are disgusting the plastic shower mats have black mould on them and just make you feel dirty. The site shop was shut by 8pm on a Saturday night. This park used to be lovely but we shan't be back.
