Miss leading and incorrect site information and images built up expectations which could not be delivered, had the site info. been "honest" and factual we would not have gone to this resort.
Staff excellent, facilities well aintained location poor for anyone with small children or mobility issues as beach is a good 20-minute walk over fens and uneven and difficult terrain.
If a fisherman they have 1 square pond 60ft square with 10 pegs it is not a lake by any stretch of the imagination.
Mablethorpe is between 20 and 25 minutes drive away and very few free free parking not the 15-minutes advertised and the AONB is around 45 minute drive so if staying here expect to drive around a lot.

Hi Charlotte

Thank you for completing this review.

We do have older accommodations on the park, so we can sell holidays at different price points. We do have brand new for 2019 accommodations on the park when re-booking with us again in the future, please be sure to give us a call and we can find a more modern accommodation for you.

We will be sure to share your feedback with the team on the park, who will investigate this accordingly. We do hope that you had an enjoyable time at Sunnydale overall.

Overall not a great place to take dogs or kids! The site doesn’t offer much in the way of keeping the kids busy and the site is so small. It would have been great to have had an area to let the dogs run about off lead as tethering them up outside of the caravan was frustrating for them. The local beach is not a beach at all, it’s actually an RAF testing range so we couldn’t let our dogs or children run free there either.
The grass and paths are kept very tidy on site and it’s fairly well maintained. The fishing lake is not a lake but rather a pond no bigger than 2 of the static caravans.
The food in the on site restaurant is one of the only redeeming features here, standard pub grub sort of fayre.

All in all a rather deflating stay.
