Great holiday with a few niggles. On arrival, the security barrier was down. We were a little early so walked to our caravan, which was ready. Caravan seemed new. Lovely, spacious and clean. The code for the security gate was in the caravan so we were able to bring the car down to unpack. It would have been helpful to have a member of staff on the gate to let holidaymakers through for convenience. I noticed others were calling in at reception to gain access - this negates the purpose of contactless check- in. Overall appearance of the park was good. Entertainment poor on Friday - the sole member of the entertainment team singing a few numbers. Cleared the place, bless him. Better on Saturday with a singing trio. I expect better standards from Parkdean as visited last year and great acts all weekend. Food quality in the pub was excellent. Ate breakfast one morning and was surprised by the quality. Top marks but you need more staff in a morning. The poor chap at the bar was struggling to serve, make coffee and take food to tables. Felt sorry for him.

Amazing! This was one of the smallest parks we’ve been too but Daniel the crew member was phenomenal!

We stayed in the Magnolia caravan for a 3 night long weekend and it was really enjoyable. We arrived early so had a drink in the on-site entertainment bar whilst we waited for the cleaner to finish. Restaurant, Bar and Entertainment area was very clean and looked after. After a quick drink we drove round to the caravan and first impressions was the caravan was very modern and clean. It was situated on a row behind another row of caravans that run along the road so it was very quiet where we was without passing cars and commercial vehicles. My little boy is 22months so he could run along the front without us worrying about the road. We was a 1min walk away from entertainment facilities but could never hear the music etc while in the caravan which we was first initially worried about when allocated our van. I have marked 9/10 because of the following: The fold out bed in the living has no bedding whatsoever (we had to go out and purchase everything), TV works fine but the remote intermittently works. In the bathroom the radiator is so close to the sink on the opposite wall, bend down for the sink too far and its scorches your backside so you have to stand at an angle. There is an on site shop but please do not rely on this, it was so empty and very little that you couldn't even get the bare essentials. There is a local co-op 5mins drive away that we popped too. All in all though we were really happy and will be visiting again next year :)
