The camp was fine but not up to the standard I would have hoped for.

Very nice park, location is great, walkable distance to the beach and shops so no parking issues. No shop on site but Tesco across the road for supplies. Caravan was very spacious for two people. Asked specifically for a large bedroom and in a quiet area. Both were provided.

Lovely location, caravan acceptable, clean which is priority but a little worn especially the flooring which was very soft by the front door. The pool is particularly small. Linked bingo has great high money prizes and was well organised. The in house bingo was a bit suspect, the same two people from the same table took it in turns to win alternately for the four consecutive nights that we went, perhaps defying the laws of probability given how full the room was! Maintenance are to be praised, fuse blew a couple of times but they soon had us up and running again. On the whole it's a good little park if for nothing else the location and cleanliness .

What an absolute delight this holiday was! The Caravan we stayed in was gorgeous to say the least. Clean and tidy, very spacious and homely, perfect for our family. The facilities were nice and clean, the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and the entertainment very much. The restaurant was abit pricey for what you get and that's my only fault. We will surely be staying at Manor Park next summer!

We received a free upgrade a week before our holiday. The caravan we stayed in was ok until we looked a bit closer. The kitchen, utensils, Windows were filthy, we found broken glass on the floor and the Hoover was clogged so badly it didn't have any suction. The first night we had no tv as the aerial was pulled out, we had scolding hold water in the shower as it wasn't working propetly and the central heating didn't work. We called the out of hours number for someone to come out but it kept going straight to voicemail. We had 6 children with us and 2 of them had sickness and diahorroea. We again called the out of hours number which again never worked as nobody bothered picking up. We got so fed up with the poor service we left a day early. We spoke to the reception and told them all the problems we had and they just wrote everything down and said they would get back to me which they haven't. Needless to say we will never go to Manor Park again. We have been to 4 park resorts holidays a d this was the worst holiday yet.
