Lovely place. Great entertainment. Really Clean and everything needed for a young family. The entertainments team Are brilliant. They really work so hard!

Fab pool, playground, and arcade.

We did a sun holiday which actually worked out more expensive than booking directly.
Next time we will book direct with parkdean as we really did have a great time.

Small grumbles but wouldn't put us off returning-
No wifi or phone signal in caravan and we felt ripped off paying £8 for crazy golf which was very basic and took about 5 minutes.
Also - Booked and paid for a place for my newborn but was unable to get her crib in next to my bed as just not wide enough . We made do as just on each of those things with a caravan but worth others knowing

The park is quite run down and the facilities limited, the indoor play area is very poor, the pool is dirty. All staff were great and the children's entertainers gave 100%. Our caravan was lovely, very warm and clean.

We did interact much with staff, the soft play is very small and the entainment at night had only just kept my son attention for the first night.

Fair accommodation. We stayed with 4 Adults and I child and just managed for space. With only one wc and small shower this accommodation would not cope with any more people .

Well over priced for what's available. Food was not good standard for cost and portion was tiny. I had a mega mixed grill for £17 and there is more food in a happy meal.
The pool was so tiny we had to wait for it to empty as 20 people meant it was full.
The only positive thing was the entertainment as the staff took the time to ensure you had fun A+++ to them.
