Our Breydon Water Holiday Park is one-of-a-kind - here, you get two holiday parks for the price of one! Set across Yare Village and Bure Village, the two are just a 10-minute walk from each other. The park is a 15-minute drive from Great Yarmouth. 

Packed with the classic nostalgic necessities: amusements, fish and chips, pier rides and souvenir shops, not to mention its Blue Flag beach - Great Yarmouth is Norfolk’s most quintessential beach town.  

A cherished part of Britain’s national heritage, the Norfolk Broads are a short 15-minute drive. Rich riverside wildlife and beautiful landscape views - a dedicated boat day is called for! 

Nestled between silky rivers and glorious beaches, Breydon Water is an ideally located park for exploring the east coast of England. With two separate villages on-park, there’s no shortage of things to do. Or simply take it easy and soak in the relaxed atmosphere!

What amenities are located in Yare village?

The majority of our amenities are within Yare village. You'll find our guest and owner reception here - that's where you'll check in on arrival. You'll also find our Showbar, Boathouse Restaurant, amusement arcade, activity hut (featuring karts and crazy golf), outdoor pool, outdoor play area and launderette. Touring is also located within Yare village.

What amenities are located in Bure village?

Within Bure village, you'll find our indoor pool, another outdoor play area, Nisa convenience store and our Holiday Home Sales Enquiry Centre

How easy is it to get between both villages? Is it easily accessible?

It's only a short 10-minute walk between the two villages. Therefore, amenities within either village are easily accessible. Please take extra care when walking between the villages at night as the road between the villages can be a little dark in places.
