Can I change my park once I have booked a holiday?
If you want to make any changes (e.g. type of accommodation, park or party members) once you have booked your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist, but cannot make any guarantees. Please note, there may be an administration fee of £40.
Any changes made less than 10 weeks prior to your holiday start dates cannot be made. In this case, you would need to cancel your existing booking and create a new booking, which will incur any necessary cancellation charges.
