How do I book activities & swimming sessions for my holiday?

Great news - you can pre-book activities, including swimming sessions (at selected parks), by simply logging into ‘My Booking’ up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date and selecting 'Book on park activities.' Activities can be pre-booked up until 2 hours before they start. We'll send you an email reminder before you're due to travel.

If you're on holiday in England or Wales, we also offer you the flexibility to book activities whilst you are on park. This gives you the freedom to plan your holiday before you arrive and during your stay. Please note: you can pre-book up to 3 fast pass swimming sessions online. For any further swimming sessions, please speak with our customer experience team at the pool area.

What should I do if I haven't received an email?

If you haven't received an email reminder from us, don't worry - you can still log in to My Booking online and book your activities and swimming, as long as you're due to arrive within 6 weeks.

What if I haven't been able to pre-book activities?

If your desired activity isn’t showing any availability at the time of your search, we recommend checking back regularly through the My Booking portal as further slots may be made available. Once you arrive on park, our friendly reception team are also on hand to manage your booking requests. Please note, when booking activities on park, this will be subject to availability.

I can't see an option to pre-book swimming?

We offer pre-bookable swimming sessions at selected parks only. If swimming sessions aren't showing up on your My Booking portal, or you've chosen not to book a swimming slot in advance, don't worry - you can still turn up and use the pool, subject capacity, on a first-come first-served basis.

Third party bookings

If you've booked your holiday via a third party travel agent such as Hoseasons, Pitch Up or Breakfree Holidays, don't worry, you can still book your activities online here:

You'll need to enter:

  • Your booking provider (select from the drop-down)
  • Booking reference
  • Email address (used when making your booking)

If you've booked your holiday via a private owner, simply head to reception once you're on park to book activities.
