How do I cancel activities?
You must cancel your activities via the activities portal as we are unable to cancel on your behalf. Your activities will be refunded automatically upon your cancellation of booking. However, if we need to cancel one of your activities as we become unable to fulfil the booking, your park should arrange the cancellation and refund on your behalf.
