What happens if I change, miss or cancel a Direct Debit payment?

Once your Direct Debit plan has been set up, you cannot change the monthly payment amount, payment dates or length of the plan.

Can I change my Direct Debit plan?

No. If you want to make changes, you’ll need to cancel the Direct Debit directly with your bank.

Your booking will then revert to the standard non-Direct Debit payment terms, which means your outstanding balance will be due 10 weeks before your arrival date.

Depending on how much you have already paid, you may also be asked to make a top-up payment of up to the standard deposit amount.

What happens if I change my holiday?

If you make a change to your holiday that results in an additional charge, such as changing your park or accommodation, you’ll need to pay the extra amount as a single payment when the change is made.

Your existing Direct Debit plan will remain in place and your monthly instalments will continue as scheduled.

What happens if a Direct Debit payment fails?

If one of your Direct Debit payments fails and you do not manually make the payment by the due date, your Direct Debit plan will be cancelled automatically.

Your booking will then revert to the standard non-Direct Debit payment terms, meaning your outstanding balance will be due 10 weeks before arrival.

You may also be asked to make a top-up payment of up to the standard deposit amount. If the required payments are not made, your holiday may be cancelled in line with our terms and conditions.

How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

Cancel the Direct Debit directly with your bank.

Cancelling your Direct Debit does not automatically cancel your holiday booking. Your booking will instead revert to the standard non-Direct Debit payment terms.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my holiday?

Any refund due after cancelling your holiday will be calculated in line with the standard booking terms and conditions.

Where applicable, the refund will be paid back into your bank account.
