Can I make changes to my promotional booking?
We receive your holiday details from the promotional operator, so if you think they've made a mistake and have offered an incorrect park or date, then please speak to them first as we can't amend any holidays without prior consent from them. They'll check your original booking form and if there is an error then it will be corrected.
The promotional operators' terms and conditions state that "absolutely no amendments whatsoever can be made after your holiday application has been received by us", however, we want you to have the best possible experience with Parkdean Resorts, so if you would like to change your dates, accommodation or park, we can see what options are available to you if you call us on 0330 1234 850. Change requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and amendment fees.
