What accommodation will I be allocated when I book through a promotion?

All promotional holiday bookings are allocated on arrival, therefore unfortunately we are unable to tell you exactly which accommodation you will be placed in or where on the park you will be allocated.

If you'd like to stay in a particular type of accommodation or location on the park, you can upgrade your booking subject to availability and an additional charge. You can use the online upgrade option here or by contacting a member of the team via Manage My Booking at where our friendly team are available on Live Chat via the ‘chat now’ button located in the bottom right corner.  If you have any additional needs or requirements these should be discussed with your promotional operator, as detailed with the terms and conditions.
