As we refund via the same method you made your payments to us, this can result in your refund coming to you on different days and via multiple methods. For example, if you have paid for your holiday via direct debit, you will have paid your deposit via credit/debit card and any further payments would have been collected as per your direct debit agreement. This will result in a one-off card refund and the remaining amount of monies owed to you will follow separately via a bank transfer (known as BACs). We still aim to refund all monies owed within 28 days of request.
