I paid with two different bank cards and one of them has been cancelled since I booked my holiday. How will I receive my refund? Can it all go on one card?
We aim to refund to the same card as your payments were made, however from time to time this is not always possible. If we are unable to complete a card refund, then we will arrange a bank transfer to a current account of your choice. We may contact you for your chosen account details to complete your request. This could be via email and/or telephone. If you are due a refund as a result of park closure/coronavirus, you may be able to complete our online BACs form which you can find here.
This might mean that even if you would like a full refund to a single account that the refund is processed as two separate payments on different days.
