Someone from Parkdean Resorts contacted me for my bank details. Do I have to share my bank details with them?
There will be occasions where we are required to refund your money via a bank transfer. To complete this, we will require your chosen sort code, account number and name on the account for your preferred personal current account.
If we don’t hear back from you, we may contact you again to ensure we can refund you within 5 days. Without you providing your bank details, we’ll be unable to issue you a refund.
